Meet "Straticasius!" Straticasius is a 6-string acoustic-electric lap steel. He is made from an antique 100-year-old Original GSB wooden violin case with original hardware. He features antique door hinge tailpiece, old door plates for the sound hole covers, a bowed oak hand rest, pearl open gear tuners and a walnut-encased MGB Seven Fitty Screamin Pickup, including wooden volume and tone controls (plastic knobs in pics have been replaced with wooden knobs). Strings are elevated to allow for lap slide playing. Normal finger fretting is not possible. The case opens.
