Gertie
Meet “Gertie”. Gertie began as an antique violin case before transitioning to a Hurdy Gurdy. She features a crank from a coffee grinder which turns a rosin-coated wheel providing the interaction with the strings. She has two drone strings and 2 melody strings. The buttons on the side provide the pitch change for the melody strings.
